The Himalaya is among the rarest expressions of crocodile leather. The pale, cool gradient is achieved through a controlled bleaching process applied directly to the natural hide — a technique that requires precision and patience, and cannot be replicated at scale. Because the process responds to the skin's own density and texture, no two bags share the same tonal shift. The gradient you receive exists nowhere else.

Material & Sourcing

Sourced from sustainably managed Nile crocodile, each hide is accompanied by full traceable origin documentation. The leather is selected at the atelier for scale uniformity and structural integrity before the Himalaya process begins. Only hides that meet both criteria are considered.

Craftsmanship

Interior lining is full-grain calfskin — soft to the touch, structured enough to hold its shape over decades. YKK zippers run the length of the main compartment and secondary pockets, chosen for their precision and longevity. Document sleeves and a phone pocket are positioned for immediate access. Every seam is hand-stitched and reinforced at stress points.

Dimensions

45cm × 25cm × 20cm. Sized for a weekend or a long-haul carry-on — substantial without being unwieldy. The handles are reinforced for overhead lift; the drop length accommodates a shoulder carry.

Aging & Patina

The Himalaya finish deepens with use. The pale tones warm gradually, developing a patina that is entirely your own — a record of where the bag has been. This is not a bag that ages. It is a bag that improves.

Care

Store in the provided dust bag, away from direct light and humidity. Wipe clean with a dry cloth after use. Condition with a balm formulated for exotic leathers. Avoid immersion in water. Do not dry clean.
