Refund Policy – Atelier Vachetta

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging — along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at hello@ateliervachetta.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Exceptions: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order separately.

EU customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law.

Refunds: Processed within 10 business days of approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@ateliervachetta.com.
